If you’re looking for the best beer day out in London I can also recommend The London Craft Beer Cruise which I started on 2018. Our 2019 cruise programme of floating beer festivals has monthly Saturday afternoon Thames cruises pouring beer from a curated pick of the best independent breweries. Onboard we hold sommelier and brewer led tutored tastings while you take in the sights of the city with the best beer in town in hand.

Rebecca (Bex) has been living in London since 2006 and based in Stratford, East London, since 2013. After spending enough time in taprooms across London and meeting other passionate drinkers, she began writing about her experiences. She is the founder and editor of Brewing East, an East London beer blog  (www.brewingeast.com). She became an accredited Beer Sommelier in October 2018.

She has contributed beer-related features to easyJet Traveller magazine, London Brewers’ Market, Time Out London, Beer Adventures and acted as the Brand Ambassador to the Belgibeer subscription box service. She is a member of the British Guild of Beer Writers (BGBW) and was shortlisted by the BGBW for Best Beer Citizen Communicator in 2017. She was shortlisted in the BrewDog Beer Geek Awards for Beer Blogger Geek in 2018.Bex also undertakes freelance work as a digital consultant in the beer industry and oversees digital marketing, online presence and curating content. By day, she currently works as an Events and Marketing Coordinator at The Five Points Brewing Company.
